In the US, people of color are statistically less likely than their white counterparts to be interviewed, hired, and promoted. We aim to break down these barriers by connecting student-athletes of color to companies looking to improve and diversify their workforce. Our mission is to positively impact the professional landscape through diverse and equitable initiatives. Find out more on our Career Services Page.

We recruit student-athletes from D1 colleges across the country to join Beyond Our Game, so that we can serve as many as possible. We offer the athletes with advice and preparation on interviews and resume building, as well as guidance to best prepare our candidates for entering the workplace.

We use CRM software to pre-screen the candidates and match them with suitable employment opportunities.

Beyond Our Game has student-athlete ambassadors on campus to create the best support and results for the student-athletes within our program to maximize our services.

Beyond Our Game has good relationships with a number of companies across the country who are looking to hire from our diverse range of student-athletes. When job placements open up, we connect the student-athletes in our database to applications for suitable positions. The wide range of companies and roles within them offer employment opportunities for any career path!
